The LEAD Influencer ® Series

The LEAD Influencer ® series of personal preference instruments have been specifically designed to help people work more easily and effectively in both Matrixed (Heterarchic) and Complex-adaptive (Holarchic) operating structures, cultures and roles.

Based on the ‘Big 5’ dimensions of personality, each workbook in the series focuses on developing the innate abilities we all psychologically and behaviourally share.  Such as managing ambiguity, handling conflict, stakeholder influencing, being culturally aligned, and leading authentically - during the character testing times of transition, growth and change.
