  • They complete the MaCE LDR™ 'on-line' Questionnaire, read their Report & prioritise their MaCE™ development needs

  • Depending on Capability Areas or Matrix issues they want to be coached on will determine if additional diagnostics are used

  • They meet one of our experienced Matrix Coaches for 4 hours, discuss their needs, and agree on a measurable Action Plan

  • They receive additional 1:1 coaching or tele-coaching calls from their Matrix Coach during their pre-agreed coaching contract
